Monday - Roast Beef Dinner Savory sliced roast beef, red potato mashed, and sautéed
fresh vegetables with “from scratch” gravy.
Tuesday - Potato Cheddar Chive Egg Casserole Fresh hash browned potatoes mixed with creamy sauce and topped with scrambled eggs and chives, topped with cheddar cheese. Served with two link sausages on the side.
Wednesday - Hawaiian Ham & Pineapple Flatbread Pizza Diced pit ham and fresh cubed pineapple combined with sliced black olives, creamy mustard sauce and mozzarella cheese on a flatbread crust. Thursday - The Pretzel Sandwich A fresh pretzel bun filled with smoked turkey, pepperjack cheese,
aioli, bacon, lettuce and tomato…served warm.
Friday - Burgers and Brats Beer bratwursts and made-from-scratch burgers on the grill
with lots of sides and fresh buns. Yum!
